1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and PKR500 ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"), operated under the domain pkr500.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the PKR500 website, including all content, features, services, tools and information made available through the Platform.

By accessing pkr500.cam — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds or participating in any game or promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR500.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3 Account Eligibility

Access to PKR500 and participation in any gaming or wagering activity is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. PKR500 operates on a strict adults-only basis. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. PKR500 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all locations.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally, and no such exclusion is currently in effect with respect to your account.
• Single Account: You do not hold and will not create more than one account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Funds: You are depositing and wagering your own funds and are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the PKR500 Platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to provide truthful and accurate information at the time of registration and to maintain and update that information as necessary to ensure it remains current. Any misrepresentation — including providing a false date of birth, fictitious identity details or an address in a Prohibited Territory — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles PKR500 to immediately suspend or permanently close your account and retain any balance pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. PKR500 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must notify PKR500 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 KYC Verification

PKR500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PKR500 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal and recreational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. PKR500 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free access to the Platform at all times.
• All games, odds and betting markets on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice.
• PKR500 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and software are suitable for accessing the Platform and that you bear any associated costs.
• PKR500 may record and monitor all gameplay, transactions and communications for security, compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR500 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, VIP tier rewards and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated herein by reference.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• All Promotions are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• PKR500 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any Promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a Promotion in progress will be subject to the terms that were in force at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus or introductory offer is permitted per person, household, IP address or payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×). A bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× Wagering Requirement means you must place total bets of PKR 30,000 using eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally — specific game contribution rates are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Deposits & Payments

PKR500 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods may vary depending on your location, account status and current operator policy.

7.1 Payment Method References

For contextual familiarity, Pakistani users may recognise common local payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfer services such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. 7.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• PKR500 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. PKR500 is not liable for delays caused by third-party processing systems.

8 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your PKR500 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable bonus terms.

• KYC Completion: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Requests made prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Payout Method: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the operator's current cashier configuration.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus Wagering Requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-linked winnings can be included in a withdrawal request.
• Account Standing: Withdrawals may be withheld if your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse or Terms violations.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected and the operator's internal review procedures. PKR500 makes no guarantee regarding specific processing timelines.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies as stated in the cashier. Amounts below this threshold cannot be processed.

9 Responsible Gambling

PKR500 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling is causing financial, emotional or social harm to you or to anyone around you, help is available.

• Adults Only: This Platform is strictly for users aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. Local laws in Pakistan may impose additional restrictions.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. These limits take effect immediately when decreased and may be subject to a cooling-off period when increased.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKR500 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using alternative personal details.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or Platform systems. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage, including collusion in live poker or card game tables.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward PKR500 staff, support agents or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer or interfere with the integrity of any game, betting market or outcome.
• Conducting or facilitating commercial gambling operations using a personal PKR500 account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR500 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, images, software, game assets, data feeds and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of PKR500 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any other way exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of PKR500.

Any unauthorised use of PKR500's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR500 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from Platform use.
• Any technical failures, interruptions, errors, omissions or delays in the transmission or delivery of any content, service or transaction on the Platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios or data providers.
• Force Majeure events beyond PKR500's reasonable control.

PKR500's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PKR500's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

Your use of the PKR500 Platform involves the collection, processing and storage of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration information, transaction records, gameplay data, device identifiers and communication logs. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, Platform improvement and, where consented to, marketing communications.

PKR500 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary for the operation of the Platform and is subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

14 Amendments

PKR500 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, PKR500 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — such as a notice banner on the Platform or an email to your registered address — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR500 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, please note that local law may also apply. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani statutes may be relevant to your use of the Platform. PKR500 does not offer legal advice and strongly recommends that you seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about the legality of your activities under Pakistani law.
